This page lists what this website actually stores and loads. It is deliberately specific: if something is not on this page, this site does not do it.
This site uses Google Analytics on every visit, before any choice is made, to understand how people find and use the site. It sets Google's own _ga / _ga_* cookies and creates an identifier in your browser. This has been the case since before this notice was written and is not affected by the choice below.
Separately, this site offers an additional, optional tracking layer used for lead reporting. Until you accept it below, it does not run: no additional identifier, no additional cookie, no additional record of pages viewed, phone/email taps, or form activity beyond what Google Analytics above already collects.
We keep a simple tally of how many times each page is viewed, and how many people accept or decline the optional layer above. It is a running total and nothing more.
There is no cookie, nothing stored on your device, and no identifier, not even an anonymous one, for this tally. It is never sent to Google or anyone else.

A tap on the phone number (click to call), a tap on the email address (click to email), and that an enquiry form was started and successfully sent. Your name, email, telephone number and message are never sent to this optional layer or to Google Analytics.
Google Analytics above is unaffected either way. The site works normally, the enquiry form works normally, and your enquiry is still received and answered — see the privacy notice.
You can change or withdraw your answer to the optional layer whenever you like.
